Exodus 3:12 And God said, “I will be with you. And this will be the sign to you that it is I who have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will worship God on this mountain.”
I love God’s response to Moses’ doubt. “I will be with you.” When we doubt and question who we are, God reminds us whose we are. He will be with us no matter what. His presence is enough. It’s all we need. “If God be for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8:31. What a powerful promise this is!
God’s response to our questions, to our insecurities, to our weakness, is His presence. “My power is made perfect in weakness” 2 Corinthians 12:9. In what area of your life do you find yourself questioning yourself or God’s calling? “I will be with you.” When I’m feeling insecure and that I don’t have what it takes, “I will be with you.” When your weakness is evident to all around, “I will be with you.” Take whatever question you are facing today and hold on to God’s promise as His answer to your question. Let the truth of “I will be with you” wash over you today. Rest in His presence. No matter what you are facing, He is enough!
