11 I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that the gospel I preached is not of human origin. 12 I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ. … 15 But when God, who set me apart from my mother’s womb and called me by his grace, was pleased 16 to reveal his Son in me so that I might preach him among the Gentiles, my immediate response was not to consult any human being.

This gospel, the good news, was not made up by men. It is the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is God authored, God revealed, and God accomplished. But God chooses to share this good news with us. He allows us to play a part in His story. We get to pass on the good news to others!

How are you doing at sharing the revelation of Jesus that God has given to you? What comes up for you as you picture yourself sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with others? What stands in your way of being even more effective at sharing your faith with others?

God has a purpose for the deposit of His truth that is in you and it is bigger than just you. Go ahead and share His truth with those around you. It’s our part in His story!
